- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) milk (any kind)
- 1 cup (100 g) rolled oats

1️⃣ Prepare the bananas
- Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl.
- Mash very well with a fork until completely smooth (no big lumps).
2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients
- Add the egg to the mashed bananas.
- Whisk well until fully combined.
- Pour in the milk and mix again.
3️⃣ Add oats
- Add the oats to the mixture.
- Stir gently until everything is evenly combined.
- Let the mixture rest 5 minutes so the oats soften slightly.
This step makes the texture softer and more cake-like.
4️⃣ Prepare the mugs
- Lightly grease oven-safe mugs or ramekins.
