Avocado Bread (Gluten-Free & Healthy)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed

Optional Toppings

  • Sesame seeds
  • Everything bagel seasoning

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a small loaf pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients
    In a bowl, whisk eggs, avocado oil, and mashed avocado until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients
    Stir in almond flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour & top
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning if using.
  5. Bake
    Bake 30–35 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool & enjoy
    Let cool slightly before slicing.
