Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1½ cups heavy cream or cooking cream
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. Prepare potatoes
Boil potato slices in salted water for 8–10 minutes until just tender. Drain.
3. Layer
Spread half the potatoes in the dish.
Add chicken, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add remaining potatoes on top.
4. Add cream & cheese
Pour cream evenly over everything.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan generously on top.
5. Bake
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6. Serve
Rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
