Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp milk (optional, for fluffiness)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil

- Preheat oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin well. - Prep fillings
Divide chopped spinach evenly among muffin cups.
Sprinkle feta on top. - Mix eggs
Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. - Pour & bake
Pour egg mixture into each cup, filling about ¾ full.
Bake 18–22 minutes, until set and lightly golden. - Serve or store
Let cool slightly before removing. Enjoy warm or store for later.
