Crispy Roasted Cauliflower 

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked if possible)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder or cayenne (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire (optional, for umami)
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season
    In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, and soy sauce (if using).
  3. Roast
    Spread florets in a single layer.
    Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crispy.
  4. Finish & serve
    Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
