- 6â8 chicken breast fillets (thinly sliced)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6â8 slices ham or turkey (optional)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream or cooking cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Butter or oil for greasing

- Prep the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. - Roll
Place a slice of ham and some cheese on each chicken piece.
Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish. - Add the sauce
Pour cream evenly over the rolls.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top. - Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30â35 minutes, until golden and bubbly. - Serve
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
