Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 g) plain Greek yogurt (or any thick yogurt)
- 1 1/2 cups (200 g) mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries — fresh or frozen)
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional—adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice (optional—brightens flavor)
- Pinch of salt
For a fluffier texture (optional)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
or - 1 cup (240 ml) whipped topping
Instructions
- Blend the berries
Add berries (and lemon juice if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
If using frozen berries, let them thaw slightly first. - Mix the base
