Ingredients (Makes 18–22 meatballs)
• 1½ lb (680 g) ground beef (or half beef + half pork)
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Topping
• 1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar (or a mix)
Optional sauce (for serving): marinara, BBQ sauce, or creamy garlic sauce

Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Preheat to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
2. Make the mixture
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs + milk and let sit 2 minutes.
Add meat, egg, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and seasonings. Mix gently (don’t overmix).
3. Shape meatballs
Roll into 1½-inch balls (about 2 tbsp each) and place on the baking sheet.
4. Bake
Bake 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
5. Add cheese & melt
Sprinkle cheese over meatballs and bake 3–5 minutes more until melted and bubbly.
6. Serve
Serve hot with your favorite dip or over pasta/rice.
