One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta
Ingredients
For the Pasta:
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
½ cup beef broth
8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti work great)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter option)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Brown the Beef
- In a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess fat if needed. Add butter and let it melt into the beef.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add Italian seasoning and mix well.
Step 2: Cook the Pasta
- Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add uncooked pasta and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce thickens (10–12 minutes).
- If sauce gets too thick before pasta is fully cooked, add a splash more broth or water.
Step 3: Finish and Serve
- Once pasta is cooked, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate up and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy every creamy bite!
