Ingredients:
2 large flour tortillas
½ cup mini marshmallows
12 squares of milk chocolate
2 full graham crackers, broken into halves
1 tbsp butter or cooking spray (for frying)
Optional: powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar for dusting
Instructions:
Prepare the tortillas: Lightly warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds until they are flexible.
Assemble the filling: Place half the mini marshmallows in the center of one tortilla, followed by six squares of chocolate and one half of a graham cracker.
Fold the crunchwrap: Begin by folding the edge of the tortilla over the filling, working around in a circular pattern until fully sealed.
Cook: Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat with butter or cooking spray. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes, pressing lightly with a spatula. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
Serve: Let it cool slightly before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar if desired.
