Instructions
1. Prep the Potatoes: Boil the whole potatoes in salted water for about 10–12 minutes (don’t overcook). Drain, let them cool, then slice into rounds.
2. Crisp the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and keep the fat in the pan.
