Glowing Skin Beetroot & Carrot Juice

Ingredients

2 medium fresh beetroots (peeled)

2 large carrots (peeled)

1 medium apple (green or red)

1 inch fresh ginger root (peeled)

1/2 lemon (juiced)

1 cup cold filtered water

Preparation

1. Prep the Vegetables: Wash the beetroots, carrots, and apple thoroughly. Cut them into small chunks that will fit easily into your blender or juicer.

2. Blend or Juice: * If using a juicer: Run all ingredients through the machine, alternating between the hard vegetables and the apple.

If using a blender: Place the beetroot, carrots, apple, ginger, and water into the blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.

3. Strain (For Blender Method): Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or a nut milk bag into a glass to remove the pulp for a smooth juice consistency.

4. Add Citrus: Stir in the fresh lemon juice. This helps with the absorption of nutrients and adds a bright flavor.

5. Serve: Pour into a glass and drink immediately while fresh for the best results.
