Flourless & Sugar-Free “Daily Delight” Cake

Ingredients

The Flourless Base: 120 grams of Oat Flakes (about 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp).

The Liquid: 200 ml of Hot Milk (about 5/6 cup).

The Bind: 2 large Eggs.

The “Chocolate” Factor: 3 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder.

The Sweetener: 1/2 cup Monk Fruit or Erythritol (to keep it sugar-free).

Warmth & Lift: 1 tsp Vanilla Extract and 1 tsp Baking Powder.

Preparation Steps

1. Soften the Oats: Place the oat flakes in a bowl and pour the hot milk over them. Let them sit for about 10 minutes until the oats absorb the liquid and soften into a thick mash.

2. Whisk the Eggs: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with your sugar-free sweetener and vanilla extract until frothy.

3. Combine: Stir the cocoa powder and baking powder into the soaked oat mixture. Gently fold in the egg mixture until you have a smooth, dark batter.

4. Bake: Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, similar to the one shown in your pictures. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes.

5. The Glossy Finish: To get that beautiful shine seen in your photo, you can top the warm cake with a thin layer of your Sugar-Free White or Dark Chocolate Ganache.

6. Serve: Let it cool slightly before slicing into squares.

Why This is a “Healthy Treasure”

Naturally Flourless: Oats provide complex carbohydrates and fiber, which digest slowly and keep you full longer than white flour.

Energy Stable: Because there is no refined sugar, you won’t experience the typical “sugar crash” after eating a slice.

Skin & Hair Support: The protein from the eggs and the antioxidants in the cocoa powder contribute to that healthy, vibrant feeling.
