Ingredients
- 120 g oat flakes (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
- 200 ml hot milk (about ⅚ cup)
- 2 eggs

- Soak the oats
Pour hot milk over the oat flakes. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until soft. - Add eggs
Stir in the eggs until fully combined and smooth. - Bake
Pour mixture into a lined or greased baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes, until set. - Cool & slice
Let cool slightly, then cut into squares.
