Ingredients (7 Cups Total)
• 🥛 1 cup milk
• 🥚 2 eggs
• 🫒 ½ cup oil
• 🧀 1 cup cheese, diced or shredded (mozzarella, cheddar, or both)

1. Preheat oven
Set oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a round or springform pan.
2. Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs, oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Add fillings
Stir in cheese, zucchini, and ham/bacon.
4. Add dry ingredients
Mix in flour and baking powder until just combined.
5. Bake
Pour batter into the pan.
Bake 40–45 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool slightly & serve
