Ingredients
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 100 g yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
• 2 eggs
• 1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
• Avocado oil (for greasing)

1. Mix the base
In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Add eggs and yogurt, mix well.
2. Add oats & apple
Stir in oatmeal and chopped apple until combined.
3. Prepare pan
Lightly grease a muffin tin or baking tray with avocado oil.
4. Bake
Spoon mixture into molds.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
5. Cool & enjoy
Let cool slightly. Great warm or chilled!
