Ingredients
- 3–4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Pinch of garlic powder or paprika (optional)

- Prep the veggies
Slice cucumbers and red onion thinly. Pat cucumbers dry if very watery. - Make the dressing
In a bowl, mix sour cream (or yogurt), lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, and optional spices. - Combine
Toss cucumbers and onion with the dressing until evenly coated. - Chill & serve
Chill for 10–15 minutes for best flavor. Stir before serving.
⭐ Tips
- Add a splash of vinegar for extra tang
- Swap dill for parsley if needed
- Gets even better after sitting a bit!
