Ingredients
• 2 cups (500 ml) milk
• 3 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 can (395 g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• (Optional topping: crushed biscuits or cookies – digestive, graham, tea biscuits)
If you want it strictly 3 ingredients, the biscuit topping is optional but highly recommended 😉

Instructions
1. Mix cold
In a saucepan, whisk milk + cornstarch until completely smooth (no lumps).
2. Cook
Place over medium heat, stirring constantly.
When it starts to thicken, add the condensed milk.
3. Thicken
Cook 2–3 minutes more, stirring, until very thick and creamy (custard-like).
4. Assemble
Pour into a glass dish.
Sprinkle crushed biscuits evenly on top.
5. Chill
Refrigerate 2–3 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
