Quick No-Yeast Bread

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 tbsp baking powder

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tbsp sugar

• ¾ cup warm water (add a little more if needed)

(Optional) 1–2 tbsp oil or melted butter for softer bread

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

• Line a baking tray or lightly grease it

2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients

• In a bowl, whisk together:

• Flour

• Baking powder

• Salt

• Sugar

3️⃣ Add liquid

• Slowly add warm water

• Mix until a soft dough forms

• If sticky, add a little flour

• If dry, add 1–2 tbsp water

4️⃣ Shape

• Lightly knead 1–2 minutes (just until smooth)

• Shape into a small loaf or round bread

5️⃣ Bake

• Place on tray

• Optional: brush top with oil or milk

• Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown

6️⃣ Cool & enjoy

• Let rest 5 minutes

• Slice and serve warm 😍

💡 Tips

• For garlic bread: add garlic powder + herbs

• For cheesy bread: mix in shredded cheese

• For soft crust: cover with a towel while cooling
