- 100 g dried blueberries (or cranberries)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional but recommended)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare oats
If using rolled oats, blend them briefly to make oat flour (optional but gives a smoother texture).
2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients
In a large bowl, combine grated apples, mashed banana, and water.
3️⃣ Add dry ingredients
Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
4️⃣ Fold in fruit
Stir in raisins and dried blueberries.
5️⃣ Rest the batter
Let the mixture sit 10 minutes so the oats absorb moisture.

- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
- Line or grease a loaf pan
- Pour in batter and smooth the top
- Bake 45–50 minutes, until golden and set
