Ingredients (1 large mug / ~30g protein)

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp oat flour (or almond flour)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free sweetener)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp milk (any kind)
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (adds moisture + protein)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or peanut butter center

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Mix dry ingredients

In a mug, whisk together protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, salt, and sweetener.

2️⃣ Add wet ingredients
