Grandma’s No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter

Creamy Layer

  • 2 (8 oz / 225 g) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups whipped topping (Cool Whip) or whipped heavy cream

Topping

  • 1 can (21 oz / 595 g) cherry pie filling

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the crust

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter
  • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish
  • Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes

2️⃣ Make the cheesecake layer

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well
  • Gently fold in whipped topping until fluffy

3️⃣ Assemble

  • Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust
  • Spoon cherry pie filling on top and spread gently

4️⃣ Chill

  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best)
  • Slice and serve cold
