Pan Cheese Breakfast Bread 

Ingredients (6–8 breads)

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup warm milk

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp instant yeast

2 tbsp oil or melted butter

1½–2 cups shredded cheese

(mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Dough

• In a bowl, mix warm milk + sugar + yeast

• Rest 5 minutes until foamy

• Add oil, salt, flour

• Mix into a soft, slightly sticky dough

2️⃣ Rest

• Cover and let rise 45–60 minutes

(until doubled)

3️⃣ Shape & Fill

• Divide dough into 8 balls

• Flatten each ball

• Add cheese in the center

• Seal and gently flatten again

4️⃣ Cook (NO OVEN)

• Heat a dry non-stick pan on medium-low

• Cook each bread 3–4 minutes per side

• Flip when bubbles form and bottom is golden

👉 Keep heat low so cheese melts without burning
