EASIEST NO-KNEAD BREAD (No Eggs, No Butter)

Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 cup warm water (about 110°F / not hot)

• 1 tbsp sugar (optional but helps yeast)

• 1 tbsp active dry yeast

• 1 tsp salt

• 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive – optional, for softer bread)

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Activate yeast

• In a bowl, mix warm water + sugar + yeast

• Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy

2️⃣ Mix dough (NO kneading)

• Add flour + salt + oil

• Stir with spoon until a sticky dough forms

(Do NOT knead)

3️⃣ First rise

• Cover bowl with towel

• Let rise 45–60 minutes until doubled

4️⃣ Shape

• Sprinkle flour on surface

• Gently scoop dough and divide into rolls or loaves

• Place on baking tray with parchment

5️⃣ Second rise

• Cover and rest 20 minutes

6️⃣ Bake

• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

• Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown

7️⃣ Cool slightly & enjoy
