Ingredients
• 2½ lbs (1.1 kg) potatoes, peeled and cut
• ½ cup milk (warm)
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• ½ cup shredded cheddar
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 2 large eggs
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Optional: chopped chives or parsley

1️⃣ Cook the Potatoes
• Boil potatoes in salted water until very tender (about 15–20 minutes)
• Drain completely

2️⃣ Mash
• Mash potatoes until smooth
• Add butter and warm milk
• Mix until creamy (no lumps)

3️⃣ Add Flavor
Stir in:
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Garlic powder
• Eggs (mix well so they don’t scramble)
• Mozzarella, cheddar, and half the Parmesan
Fold gently until fully combined

• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
• Grease a round baking dish or springform pan
• Spread mixture evenly
• Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top
