Ingredients (ONLY 3)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
(grated potato + carrot works best, or zucchini/onion mix)
Optional (not counted): salt & black pepper for taste

1ļøā£ Prep
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
- Grease a small round or square baking dish
2ļøā£ Mix
- In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs
- Add rolled oats
- Add finely grated vegetables
- Mix until everything is well combined
(Let rest 5 minutes so oats soften)
3ļøā£ Bake
- Pour mixture into the dish
- Press gently to level
- Bake 35ā40 minutes until:
- Top is golden
- Center is set
4ļøā£ Cool & Slice
- Let rest 10 minutes
- Slice and enjoy warm or cold
