Ingredients (ONLY 3)

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
    (grated potato + carrot works best, or zucchini/onion mix)

Optional (not counted): salt & black pepper for taste

  • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
  • Grease a small round or square baking dish

  • In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs
  • Add rolled oats
  • Add finely grated vegetables
  • Mix until everything is well combined
    (Let rest 5 minutes so oats soften)

  • Pour mixture into the dish
  • Press gently to level
  • Bake 35–40 minutes until:
    • Top is golden
    • Center is set
