- 2 large eggs
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese (or ricotta)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Butter or oil for the pan

1️⃣ Prepare the Mixture
- Crack the eggs into a bowl
- Add cream cheese
- Whisk until smooth (small lumps are okay)
- Stir in shredded mozzarella
- Add a tiny pinch of salt if desired
The batter will be thick and cheesy, not liquid.
2️⃣ Heat the Pan
- Use a non-stick skillet
- Heat on low to medium heat
- Lightly grease with butter or oil
3️⃣ Cook the Bread
- Pour the mixture into the pan
- Spread gently into a round shape
- Cover with a lid
- Cook 5–7 minutes until the bottom is golden
4️⃣ Flip Carefully
- Use a wide spatula
- Flip gently (it’s soft!)
- Cover again and cook another 4–5 minutes
The bread should be:
