• 2 cans crescent roll dough (or puff pastry sheets)

• 500 g (1 lb) ground beef or ground sausage

• 1 small onion, finely chopped

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp paprika

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

• 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional but makes it extra creamy)

• 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

• Sesame seeds or grated cheese (optional topping)

1️⃣ Prepare the filling

• Heat a pan over medium heat.

• Add ground meat and chopped onion.

• Cook until meat is fully browned and onion is soft.

• Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

• Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

• Mix in shredded cheese and cream cheese.

2️⃣ Prepare the dough

• Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.

• Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles (or cut puff pastry into rectangles).
