Ingredients

• 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

• ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (add gradually)

• ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt

• 1 tbsp honey or sugar substitute (optional)

• ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
