Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3–4 tablespoons powdered sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit, powdered)
- 1 tablespoon butter

1️⃣ Combine ingredients
- In a saucepan, add:
- Heavy cream
- Butter
- Powdered sweetener
2️⃣ Heat gently
- Place over low heat.
- Stir constantly until butter melts and sweetener fully dissolves.
- Do NOT boil.
3️⃣ Simmer & thicken
- Keep on low heat and let it gently simmer for 25–35 minutes.
- Stir every 2–3 minutes to prevent sticking.
- Mixture will slowly reduce and thicken.
4️⃣ Check consistency
- When it coats the back of a spoon, it’s ready.
- Remember: it thickens more as it cools.
5️⃣ Cool & store
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Pour into clean jars and refrigerate.
