CLASSIC GREEK SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup green olives
  • ½ cup feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano

🫒 For the Dressing

  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

1️⃣ Prepare the vegetables

  • Slice the cucumber and red onion.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Place everything in a large salad bowl.

2️⃣ Add olives & herbs

  • Add Kalamata olives, green olives, and parsley.
  • Sprinkle dried oregano evenly over the salad.

3️⃣ Add feta

  • Gently place the feta cubes on top (do not mix aggressively).

4️⃣ Dress the salad

  • Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over the salad.
