- 2 cups cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives
- ¼ cup green olives
- ½ cup feta cheese, cubed
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ tsp dried oregano

- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
👩🍳 Instructions (Simple & Authentic)
1️⃣ Prepare the vegetables
- Slice the cucumber and red onion.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Place everything in a large salad bowl.
2️⃣ Add olives & herbs
- Add Kalamata olives, green olives, and parsley.
- Sprinkle dried oregano evenly over the salad.
3️⃣ Add feta
- Gently place the feta cubes on top (do not mix aggressively).
4️⃣ Dress the salad
- Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over the salad.
- Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
