Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips (dark or milk)

- Preheat oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. - Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla. - Add dry ingredients
Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until well combined. - Fold in chocolate chips
Gently mix in chocolate chips. - Bake
Spread evenly in the pan.
Bake 25–30 minutes, until set and lightly golden. - Cool & slice
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
