Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

• 3 tbsp olive oil

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tsp paprika

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

• Salt & black pepper, to taste

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 2 tbsp butter, melted

• Fresh parsley, chopped

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat oven

Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking dish or sheet pan.

2. Season

Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Roast

Spread in a single layer.

Roast 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

4. Finish

Toss hot potatoes with melted butter and Parmesan.

Return to oven 5 minutes until cheese melts.

5. Serve

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
