Ingredients
• 1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed)
• 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup shredded cheddar or Parmesan
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 egg (for egg wash)
• Fresh parsley or dried herbs (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Prepare pastry
Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into long strips.
3. Fill
Sprinkle cheeses evenly over the strips.
Fold or roll each strip gently to enclose the cheese.
4. Brush & season
Place on baking tray.
Brush with egg wash and drizzle lightly with melted butter.
Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and herbs.
5. Bake
Bake 15–18 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
6. Serve
Cool slightly and enjoy warm while the cheese is melty!
