• 1 cup (90 g) rolled oats
• ⅔ cup (150 ml) warm milk (any kind)
• 2 apples, peeled and diced small (or grated for a softer texture)
• 20 g butter (1½ tbsp), melted (or 1½ tbsp coconut oil)
• 2 large eggs
• ½ tsp vanillin (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
• Pinch of salt (highly recommended)
Optional (but delicious)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
• 2 tbsp raisins (adds sweetness)
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (if you want it sweeter)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a silicone mold or a mini muffin tin.
2. Soak oats: In a bowl, mix oats with warm milk. Let sit 8–10 minutes to soften.
3. Mix wet ingredients: Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
4. Add apples: Fold in the diced (or grated) apples. Add any optional ingredients (cinnamon, nuts, etc.).
5. Fill molds: Spoon the mixture into the mold cavities (about ¾ full).
6. Bake for 18–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
• They should feel firm when pressed and a toothpick should come out mostly clean.
7. Cool: Let rest 10 minutes before removing from the mold.
