Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 g) plain Greek yogurt (or any thick yogurt)
  • 1 1/2 cups (200 g) mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries — fresh or frozen)
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional—adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice (optional—brightens flavor)
  • Pinch of salt

For a fluffier texture (optional)

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
    or
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Blend the berries
    Add berries (and lemon juice if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
    If using frozen berries, let them thaw slightly first.
  2. Mix the base
    In a bowl, whisk the yogurt with vanilla, a pinch of salt, and sweetener (if using).
  3. Combine
    Stir the berry puree into the yogurt until fully mixed and evenly pink.
  4. Make it extra fluffy (optional)
    Fold in whipped cream or whipped topping gently until light and airy.
  5. Chill & serve
    Spoon into cups. Chill for 1–2 hours for the best texture, or serve immediately.
