• 2 cups mango chunks (fresh or thawed frozen)

• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

• 1/3 cup raisins (optional)

Preparation (Method)

1. Whip the cream: In a bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until thick (soft-medium peaks). Set aside.

2. Blend: In a blender, add mango + yogurt + sweetened condensed milk (plus vanilla/salt if using). Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

3. Combine: Pour the blended mixture into a bowl. Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth.

4. Add raisins: Stir in raisins (or sprinkle on top).

5. Chill: Spoon into cups and refrigerate for 2–4 hours (or overnight) until set.
