Cheesy Garlic Bread Loaf

Soft bread loaded with garlic butter and melted cheese, baked until golden and bubbly. Perfect as a side for pasta, soup, or as a snack with dipping sauce.

Ingredients (1 loaf, serves 6–8)

• 1 loaf bread dough (store-bought pizza dough works great) or 1 large French bread loaf (see note)

• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

• 3–4 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

• 2 cups shredded mozzarella

• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (optional)

• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

Optional for serving: marinara sauce or ranch dip

Instructions (Dough-in-a-pan method like the photo)

1. Preheat oven

Preheat to 190°C (375°F). Grease a loaf pan (9×5 inch).

2. Make garlic butter

Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and Italian seasoning.

3. Shape the loaf

If using dough: divide into 10–12 small pieces.

Dip each piece in garlic butter and place in the loaf pan (stack them slightly).

4. Add cheese

Sprinkle mozzarella (and cheddar/Parmesan if using) between layers and on top.

5. Bake

Bake 25–35 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.

6. Rest & serve

Rest 5–10 minutes, then slice or pull apart. Serve warm.
