
This silky milk pudding is light, creamy, and melts in your mouth. It’s made with simple pantry ingredients and sets perfectly in the fridge—no oven needed!
Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
• 4 cups milk (1 liter)
• 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1/4 cup cornstarch (about 4 tbsp)
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for extra body)
• 2 tbsp butter (or 2–3 tbsp heavy cream)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (or vanilla powder)
• Pinch of salt
Optional topping: honey, caramel, fruit, nuts, or cinnamon

Instructions
1. Mix the dry ingredients
In a saucepan (off heat), whisk together sugar + cornstarch + flour + salt.
2. Add milk gradually
Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly until completely smooth (no lumps).
3. Cook until thick
Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly.
When it starts to thicken and bubble, lower the heat and cook 1–2 minutes until smooth and glossy.
4. Finish with butter & vanilla
Turn off the heat. Stir in butter and vanilla.
5. Pour and chill
Pour into a serving bowl or individual cups.
Let cool at room temperature 20–30 minutes, then refrigerate 3–4 hours until fully set.
6. Serve
Scoop and enjoy cold. Add honey or your favorite topping if desired.
