
1) Apple + Lemon + Ginger Drink (3 ingredients)
Ingredients:
- 1 green apple (cored, chopped)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1–2 cm fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
- 1 cup water (200–250 ml)
Directions: Blend everything until smooth. Strain if you want. Drink once daily.
2) Warm Lemon Water (for bloating / digestion)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Directions: Mix and drink warm.

Option A: Prune drink
Ingredients:
- 5–7 prunes
- 1 cup warm water
Directions: Soak prunes 20–30 minutes. Drink the water and eat the prunes.
Option B: Chia water
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions: Stir and let sit 10–15 minutes until gel-like, then drink. Follow with another glass of water.
