Teriyaki Surf and Turf Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate the beef and shrimp
Combine the beef, shrimp, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Step 2: Heat oil in a wok
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.

Step 3: Stir-fry the beef and shrimp
Add the marinated beef and shrimp to the wok. Stir-fry until cooked through.

Step 4: Add vegetables
Add the bell peppers and broccoli to the wok. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 5: Combine and season
Return the beef and shrimp to the wok. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients.
