Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
1 lb (450g) ground beef or ground chicken
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Pasta and Sauce:
8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice (fettuccine, linguine, or spaghetti work well)
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
Cook the Meatballs:
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Pasta:
Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
